Major Lazer, Riff Raff headline Mad Decent Block Party
If you would like to extend your “spring break forever” into autumn, the lineup of this year’s Mad Decent Block Party should do the trick.
The dance-hall party monsters Major Lazer, synth-pop sugar rushers Matt & Kim and Twitter poet laureate Riff Raff (one of the inspirations for James Franco’s most esteemed role) will headline the L.A. version of the roving mini-festival.
The tour stops in the Southland on Sept. 14, but the location is still to be announced.
Other dates get sets from Baauer, Danny Brown, Skream and 3BallMTY. But truth be told, we’ll take any set that allows us to uncork our unironic Hawaiian shirt collection for the occasion.
Tickets for all dates go on sale Friday at Mad Decent’s site. Prepare your shorts in every color.
