Independent Lens The documentary series’ 17th season opens with “Stray Dog,” filmmaker Debra Granik’s profile of Vietnam veteran and RV-park operator Ron Hall. 10 p.m. KOCE; 11 p.m. KPBS
Legends Martin (Sean Bean) encounters a woman (Klara Issova) who may know about his past, but she won’t help, so he turns to her daughter (Aisling Franciosi) in this new episode. 10 p.m. TNT
Castle Adam guest stars as a detective who needs Castle’s (Nathan Fillion) help to solve a robbery, but the probe turns into a murder investigation, and the detective is the prime suspect. Stana Katic, Tamala Jones and Jon Huertas also star in this new episode. 10 p.m. ABC
