Jay Leno’s Garage This new series follows the former host of “The Tonight Show” as he hits the road in search of the car world’s most radical rides and the passionate people behind them. In the series premiere, Leno visits his old pal Tim Allen and examines Jimmie Johnson’s souped-up classic Corvette. 7 and 10 p.m. CNBC
Arrow In the season premiere, Oliver and Felicity (Stephen Amell, Emily Bett Rickards) are enjoying a getaway, until Thea and Laurel (Willa Holland, Katie Cassidy) summon him to combat a ring of killers. 8 p.m. KTLA
Rosewood A bright young man is a multiple-murder suspect, and Rosewood (Morris Chestnut) is the only one who believes he’s innocent in this new episode. 8 p.m. Fox
Nature This new episode focuses on large flightless birds. 8 p.m. KOCE and KPBS
The Goldbergs Murray and Adam (Jeff Garlin, Sean Giambrone) work together to build a robot as a bonding experience, but they clash, which drives a wedge between them. 8:30 p.m. ABC
