Dopolavoro, a new Italian cafe by Terroni, is slated to open in the 800 block of Spring Street in downtown, in early 2015. The restaurant will be located just a couple doors down from Terroni.

According to a release, Dopolavoro aims to “recapture the Italian pastime of apertivo.” The idea is to create a place to grab a bite to eat and a glass of wine before you head home for the evening. Dopolavoro means “after work” in Italian.

The restaurant will also feature a take-away section where you can buy a bottle of wine, fresh pasta and sauces to make at home. Partner Max Stefanelli, who is also the wine director at Terroni, is planning on having a large wine selection.
