Hot Property: Keith ‘Lucky’ Lehrer buys Hollywood Hills home for $3.2 million
Rock drummer Keith “Lucky” Lehrer has bought a remodeled Hollywood Hills home for $3.2 million.
Designed for entertaining, the house was built in the late ‘60s and has an oversized living room, three bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms in nearly 3,700 square feet of living space. The master bedroom suite includes a fireplace, a spa tub and floor-to-ceiling windows. The wooded property of about a third of an acre has a limestone swimming pool and a Shangri-La-style side yard with a spa and outdoor kitchen.
Lehrer is outfitting the basement as a music studio. The punk drummer has recorded and toured with bands including Circle Jerks, the Germs, Wasted Youth and Bad Religion.
Marcie Hartley of Hilton & Hyland, Beverly Hills, handled both sides of the transaction.
