Vik, a new winery in Chile’s central valley, dazzles with its scenery, its vintages, its architect-designed building and it’s brand new cafe

The winery

Designed by internationally-recognized architect Smiljan Radic, a Chilean, Vik’s winery combines the retro and the futuristic. This boulder-studded water plaza cools the warehouse area below.

Open views

Radic’s winery building is airy and modern, allowing visitors to never lose sight of the mountains that surround the area. In the distance is the recently opened Pavilion Cafe.

The warehouse

Situated under the water plaza is the temperature-controlled warehouse where Vik wines are aged in specially crafted oak casks.
