It’s spring, which means time for graduations, weddings and assorted celebrations. But are times a’changin in this economy? If your son is finally getting his high school diploma, do you still have to give him an allowance for his “bowling” nights? Do parents have to give graduation gifts if they just paid for a college education? And how much are you supposed to spend on a graduation gift anyway?
