Whistleblower fears autopsies harmed by body part harvesting

A former investigator in a medical examiner’s office in Washington filed a whistleblower complaint saying she worried evidence was being compromised after three companies that procure human body parts moved into the morgue. Her supervisor, the county’s medical examiner, says the procurements don’t affect the investigations.
