Justin Bieber a dad? No way, say his reps. Now, they are fighting a paternity suit filed in Southern California naming Biebs as the father of a little boy born in July. Single mom Mariah Yeater claims she lost her virginity to the star backstage after an L.A. show at Staples Center in October 2010. Lindsay Lohan‘s life is about to get a lot more structured whether she likes it or not. At a Wednesday hearing, Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced her to 30 days in jail, along with 12 days of community service at the morgue and four 45-minute therapy sessions -- all to be completed on a strict schedule. Luckily, she wasn’t hauled off in handcuffs this time. Zooey Deschanel and her Death Cab for Cutie hubby Ben Gibbard have separated. The couple wed in September 2009 after being introduced by their mutual manager. Marie Osmond landed in the hospital this week after a bout with bronchitis. The Las Vegas entertainer, who had already canceled a few shows due to allergies, told fans via Twitter that her throat wasn’t “cooperating.” Now, she’is feeling much better, and even posted, “I think I laughed my bronchitis away.”  (Isaac Brekken / Associated Press)

James Bond fans can take a collective sigh of relief. Filming on the new 007 flick is officially underway.
