Culinary tour: In the April 20 Travel section, an article on a culinary tour of the Big Island of Hawaii identified the ice cream brand sold at Discovery Antiques as Lappert’s Hawaii. It is Tropical Dreams, and the flavors are mango, macadamia nut, passion fruit, toasted coconut and Kona coffee.

USC academics: In an article in the April 27 Sports section about the academic success of USC’s women’s golf team, Rachel Morris’ grade-point average was reported to be 3.34. Her GPA is 3.84, according to USC.

Student loans: In a Money Talk advice column in the April 27 Business section, financial expert Mark Kantrowitz was incorrectly quoted as saying the repayment year of a questioner’s student loans was 2014. The correct repayment year is 2024.

Car computers: An item in the April 28 Capitol Business Beat column on legislation by state Sen. Bill Monning (D-Carmel) seeking to give car owners more control over information from their car computers said it was SB 984. The bill is SB 994.
