“Big Little Lies”: In the Dec. 24 Calendar section, an article about the career of actress Laura Dern indicated that HBO has not yet greenlighted a second season of the series “Big Little Lies,” in which she costars. HBO OKd a second season earlier this month.

Amtrak crash: In the Dec. 23 Section A, an article about an Amtrak crash in Washington state referred to questions about whether the train’s conductor had been on the phone at the time of the crash. The questions involved the engineer, not the conductor.

Crossword solution: In the Dec. 24 Sunday Comics section, the solution to last week’s crossword puzzle showed the solution to the Dec. 10 puzzle, not the solution to the Dec. 17 puzzle.
