Police seek two after man injured in Hollywood nightclub shooting
Los Angeles police are searching for a man and woman who fled a Hollywood nightclub where a man was shot and injured early Monday, authorities said.
Police received a call at about 1:40 a.m. about the shooting outside a nightclub called Tiffany’s On Vine near the intersection of Vine Street and Hollywood Boulevard, said Officer Norma Eisenman, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Police Department.
The incident began as an argument between two women around closing time, Eisenman said. A man is believed to have gotten involved in the dispute, two weapons were drawn and one was fired, striking a man, she said.
It was unclear Monday morning who fired the weapon and whether the man who was shot was involved in the dispute, Eisenman said.
The injured man was transported in stable condition to a hospital, Eisenman said.
Two suspects, a male and a female, fled the scene, she said. The shooting remains under investigation.
