Motorcyclist killed in Pasadena collision
A 19-year-old man was killed Sunday in Pasadena after his motorcycle collided with another vehicle, authorities said.
The motorcyclist was traveling west on Del Mar Boulevard about 1:30 p.m. when he collided with a vehicle turning east from Meridith Avenue, Pasadena police Lt. Jason Clawson said.
The motorcyclist was identified as Nicholas Dopke. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, Clawson said.
