Body found in burning car in Ranchos Palos Verdes is identified
Police have identified a body found in a burning car in Rancho Palos Verdes on Tuesday afternoon.
The body of Christopher Waters, 42, of Long Beach was discovered inside a vehicle in the 30100 block of Miraleste Drive after firefighters extinguished the blaze. The cause of Waters’ death has not been determined, but Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials said it appeared suspicious.
