Yabba dabba bummer: ‘Flintstones’ replica car stolen in Sacramento
A replica of Fred Flintstone’s car was stolen from a Sacramento comic shop, and the owners are offering a sweet reward for its safe return.
The car, a replica of the vehicle from the vintage “Flintstones” cartoon series, was taken from World’s Best Comics and Toys between Dec. 14 and 15, Fox40 in Sacramento reported. Staff members believe the thieves may have picked it up and put it in a getaway vehicle, because there were no drag marks.
A six-pack of Flintstone’s favorite drink, Cactus Cooler, is being offered as a reward for the safe return of the car.
Security footage from a nearby bowling alley was being reviewed, and may reveal some clues.
