L.A. County election results

Los Angeles County voters voted on a handful of local contests Tuesday, including a crucial tax measure. Late and provisional ballots remain to be counted, but here’s what we know after election day.

LAUSD Measure EE

The proposal would levy a new parcel tax on homeowners to fund the L.A. Unified School District. It must be approved by two-thirds of voters to pass. Read more »

Los Angeles City Council District 12

Voters in the northwestern San Fernando Valley are filling a seat on the L.A. City Council. If no candidate earns 50% of the vote, the top two will advance to an August runoff. Read more »

State Senate District 33

Voters in South L.A. and Long Beach are filling this seat, which opened up after Ricardo Lara became state insurance commissioner.

Arcadia Measure A

The measure would add a three-quarter-cent sales tax to fund city services.
