MICHAEL PAUL PELTIER

Michael Paul Peltier, 58, died March 21, 2001, in San Simeon, Calif.

Mr. Peltier, born in Crookston, Minn. on April 14, 1942, was a 45-year

resident of Burbank.For 35 years, he worked as a journeyman plumber for

Judson Plumbing.

He loved the Northern California coast and took up residence in the

Gorda Mountains.

Mr. Peltier is survived by his wife, Elaine; sons Thomas and James;

daughters Eileen and Michele; mother Luella; brothers Dennis and Gary;

sister Gayle Coauette; and six grandchildren.

A memorial service was Thursday at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic

Church in Burbank.

DOROTHY M. MYERS

Dorothy M. Myers, 88, died March 23, 2001, at a nursing facility in

Falmouth, Maine.

Ms. Myers was born in Long Island, N.Y., the daughter of Voorhes and

Ella May Herbert. She moved to California at age 14, attended school and

graduated from Herbert Hoover High School in Glendale in 1931.

She resided in Burbank most of her life, moving to Westbrook, Maine,

in 1996 to live with her daughter. Ms. Myers enjoyed playing bridge with

her many friends and taking care of pets.

Her husband, Andrew Jackson Myers, died in 1979. She is survived by

her daughter, Jacquelyn “Jackie” Fournier; sister Cynthia Marnie; and

grandson Todd Fournier.

Funeral arrangements were made by Jones, Rich & Hutchins Funeral Home

of Portland, Maine. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. today at Valley

Funeral Home, 2121 W. Burbank Blvd.

LOUIS ENRICO DARGENZIO SR.

Louis Enrico Dargenzio Sr., 71, died March 27, 2001, in Burbank.

Mr. Dargenzio, born July 24, 1929, in Yatesville, Pa., lived in

Burbank for 55 years.He was a business owner for 52 years, working in

shoe sales and accounting.

Mr. Dargenzio is survived by his wife, Dixie; daughters Paula MacLean

and Darla Dargenzio; son Louie Dargenzio Jr.; five grandchildren; and

many sisters and brothers.

Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Vigil is at 3 p.m. Sunday

at Valley Funeral Home, 2121 W. Burbank Blvd. Mass will be said at St.

Finbar Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Monday.

WON K. SUNG

Won K. Sung, 55, died in a Tarzana hospital on March 24, 2001.

Ms. Sung, who was born in South Korea, resided in Burbank for one

year.

Prior to her retirement, Ms. Sung was owner of a garment industry

business for 25 years.

She is survived by her daughters, Ashley Mann, Judy Wolf and Diane

Sung; two grandchildren; one sister and one brother.

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at Little Church of the

Flowers, Forest Lawn, Glendale. Interment was in Forest Lawn

Memorial-Park, Glendale.

DOROTHY G. THORNE

Dorothy G. Thorne, 85, died in a Burbank hospital on March 25, 2001.

Ms. Thorne was born in Los Angeles, resided in Burbank for 50 years

and was a homemaker for 65 years.

She is survived by her son, Doug; daughter Judy Imler; and four

grandchildren.

Graveside services were Tuesday at Forest Lawn Memorial-Park,

Hollywood Hills.
