ALICE ELIZABETH TIBBITS

Alice Elizabeth Tibbits died Oct. 3, 2004, in Ojai. She was 98.

She was born Nov. 4, 1905, in Pawtucket, R.I.

Alice was involved in PTA for her three sons, was a member of

Catholic Daughters and was interested in politics.

Alice is survived by a son, Robert Earl Tibbits, and 12

grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at a later date at Rose Hills Memorial

park in Whittier.

PHYLLIS MERLE VINSON

Phyllis Merle Vinson died Oct. 20, 2004, in Burbank. She was 77.

Phyllis was born Oct. 28, 1926, in Topeka, Kan. She was a Burbank

resident for 64 years.

Phyllis worked as a nurse’s aide at St. Joseph Medical Center in

Burbank for 24 years.

She is survived by sons, Gary, Randy and Thomas; granddaughter,

Victoria; and brother, Jim Swafford.
