Jim Gray, the former Orange County Superior Court judge and the Libertarian Party’s nominee for vice president, takes part in an online town hall meeting, which will also feature Rob Kampia, co-founder and executive director of the Marijuana Policy Project, a nonprofit that aims to stop the prohibition of cannabis.
