Chef to meet fans, sign copies of cookbook

NapaStyle founder Michael Chiarello will mingle with fans and sign copies of his new cookbook at the South Coast Plaza store from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday.

The cookbook, “Michael Chiarello’s Bottega: Bold Italian Flavors from the Heart of California’s Wine Country,” features 100 recipes inspired Chiarello’s Southern Italian heritage and more than 120 color photographs.

Chiarello is one of 10 contenders on “The Next Iron Chef,” which premiered at 9 p.m. Oct. 30 on the Food Network.

Chiarello is also known for his appearances on Bravo’s “Top Chef Masters” and the Food Network’s “Easy Entertaining with Michael Chiarello.”
