Big deals on books
Boohoo — Borders filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection this week, and plans to liquidate four of its lowest performing Orange County stores, including those at the District at Tustin Legacy, the Block at Orange, La Habra and Yorba Linda, court documents indicated.
