Dogs’ day: Snow to play in

Snow came to Laguna Canyon on Wednesday morning.

For a few hours, dogs that regularly attend day care at the Dog Ranch Bed & Biscuit, played in 5 pounds of blown snow from Cold Star Ice in Santa Ana.

Dog Ranch founder Stephanie Marshall thought it would be a fun way for the dogs to frolic. The business, which opened in 2001, offers day-care and boarding services.
