Harold Drive: Grand theft was reported in the 300 block at 1:57 p.m. Sunday. A woman reported a bag containing jewelry and her passport was stolen from a closet.
Hawthorne Road: Suspicious people were reported in the 300 block at 2:34 p.m. Sunday. A caller said men with long beards were camping in a recreational vehicle parked in a church lot.
Oak Street and Catalina Street: A woman reported at 4:31 p.m. Sunday that the windshield of her Chevrolet Tahoe was shattered.
Mountain Road: Two homeless men were reportedly smoking, drinking and littering on the beach at Tower Mountain at 11:27 a.m. Saturday.
North Coast Highway and Broadway Street: A man in a Captain America suit reportedly harassed passersby at 2:09 p.m. Saturday.
South Coast Highway: A caller reported people smoking at Thousand Steps Beach at 3:34 p.m. Saturday.
Agate Street: A loud party was reported in the 300 block at 3:57 p.m. Saturday.
Cliff Drive: Petty theft was reported in the 300 block at 6:44 p.m. Saturday. A caller reported tequila was stolen from Las Brisas restaurant.
South Coast Highway: Ten of the Surf & Sand Resort’s umbrellas washed into the ocean, according to a report at 7:54 p.m. Saturday.
Santa Cruz Street: Two teenagers were reportedly dancing to loud music atop a roof in the 1600 block at 9:37 p.m. Saturday.
Park Ave: A loud party was reported in the 2800 block at 11:24 p.m. Saturday.
North Coast Highway: Petty theft was reported in the 600 block at 9:07 a.m. Friday. A business owner reported items worth $800 were stolen.
Anita Street: Petty theft was reported in the 600 block at 10:09 a.m. Friday. A woman reported a purse was stolen from her car.
High Drive: Vandalism was reported in the 100 block at 10:16 a.m. Friday. A caller reported damage to a Range Rover.
