No charges for former porn star Jenna Jameson

The one-time “Queen of Porn” will not face battery charges stemming from her arrest on the Balboa Peninsula, authorities said.

The Orange County district attorney’s office chose not to file charges against Huntington Harbour resident Jenna Jameson, whose real name is Jenna Marie Massoli, following her arrest on assault allegations over the weekend, according to D.A. spokeswoman Farrah Emami.

“We have declined to file, due to insufficient evidence to prove a case beyond a reasonable doubt,” she said.

Newport Beach police arrested Jameson on Saturday at a home in the 100 block of 36th Street after an associate claimed Jameson attacked her, authorities said.

Jameson took to Twitter, giving a different set of events and claiming a friend broke into her house and robbed her.

She was originally assigned a May court date, officials said.
