Antiques, collectibles go on sale at O.C. Market Place
The Orange County Market Place at the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa is expanding its offerings beginning Saturday, with more than 75 sellers of antiques and collectibles.
The vendors will be present from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. to supplement the swap meet’s traditional offerings.
Organizers are urging attendees to bring heirlooms or coins for appraisal. Experts will on hand from 10 to 11 a.m.
In addition to music and a magic show, there will also be an antiques auction, with the proceeds going to Karma Camp, a Costa Mesa-based nonprofit that helps the homeless.
After Saturday, the next antique market will be May 18, with a regular schedule planned to start in late August.
The $2 admission fee to the Market Place includes entrance to the antique market.
