Orange County’s only “green” retail center, the Camp, 2937 Bristol St., Costa Mesa, is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a free Eco Fest from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday, featuring live music by bluegrass duo Moonsville Collective, interactive arts and crafts, and information from local organizations.

The OC Food Access Coalition will combine food trivia with art while the Mesa Consolidated Water District will teach water-wise landscaping and water use efficiency.

Experts from Naturalist for You will talk with visitors, and Toyota will exhibit its newest Prius hybrids.

The Canvas Shop will help would-be artists make free creations and O.N.E. Coconut Water will give out free samples.

Camp shops and restaurants will be open during the event. The first 100 customers at Seed People’s Market will receive a reusable tote bag.

The Camp, with its focus on active lifestyles and environmentalism, is known for its innovative construction and landscaping “firsts,” like using captured storm water to irrigate its redwood trees and indigenous plants, and using a yurt as a café. Other firsts include using Forest Stewardship Council-certified wood, installing herb boxes and a grass roof; offering a Community Supported Agriculture drop-off point; and hosting regular educational seminars, events and film screenings.
