Hurley releases line inspired by ‘TRON: Legacy’

On Friday, Hurley will release its limited edition line for the Disney film “TRON: Legacy,” to be sold at Pacific Sunwear stores throughout the U.S.

The “TRON”-inspired men’s and women’s collections by Costa Mesa-based Hurley incorporate the film’s futuristic style.

“Our direction for the upcoming season is all about light, which aligns with the incredible visual experience and storytelling capabilities of Disney’s ‘TRON: Legacy’,” John Cherpas, Hurley’s senior vice president for global design and merchandising, said in a statement.

Between Nov. 29 and Dec. 20, Pacific Sunwear shoppers will also get the chance to win a shopping spree of the Hurley collections, plus a download card with the soundtrack of the film, which was created by electro-pop duo Daft Punk. Hurley fans can also win tickets for an advance screening of the film in 3-D at midnight on Dec. 17.
