Casino party fills night at OASIS

The OASIS Senior Center’s Evelyn Hart Event Center in Corona del Mar hosted a Wild, Wild West Casino Party for 325 guests Saturday.

The event, OASIS’ biggest annual fundraiser, included a full casino, a silent auction of 100 items, a raffle, entertainment and a “Western chuckwagon” dinner.

Proceeds from the $40 to $45 soiree will help pay for senior center programs and van and facility improvements, according to Kathy Stewart, president of Friends of OASIS, the senior center’s nonprofit arm.
