COSTA MESA

* Airway Avenue: A wallet and its contents worth $77 were stolen in

the 2900 block between 12:30 and 3:45 p.m Thursday.

* 17th Street: A green bag and its contents worth $1,700 were stolen

from a car in the 200 block between 2 and 2:45 p.m. Friday.

* Fairview Road: A remote control toy and three rechargeable batteries

worth $251 were stolen from a vehicle in the 2200 block between 9 and

9:30 p.m. Thursday.

* Bristol Street: Three pairs of bluejeans worth $176 were stolen from

a car trunk in the 3300 block between 11:30 a.m. and 7:40 p.m. Thursday.

* Newport Boulevard: Several credit cards were stolen from a car in

the 2600 block between 10:15 and 10:30 p.m. Sept. 7.

NEWPORT BEACH

* 32nd Street: A cordless phone worth $40 was stolen from a bedroom in

the 200 block between 7 and 10:30 p.m. Saturday.

* Birch Street: Two laptop computers worth $4,000 were stolen from a

business in the 3600 block between 5 p.m. and 7 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
