Newport Harbor vs. Glendora

Site: Citrus College, 7:30 p.m.

Bottom line: It’s been nearly four years since the Tars (2-0-1) lost to

anyone but a Sea View League team and they have yet to play a complete

game this fall. Glendora (2-1) was humbled by Harbor last year, 33-0.

Estancia vs. Anaheim

Site: Orange Coast College, 7 p.m.

Bottom line: The Eagles (3-0) cracked the CIF Division IX poll at No. 9

and are looking to move up at the expense of a team on a 24-game losing

streak. Eagles’ high game under Dave Perkins (35 points) could fall.

Corona del Mar vs. Saddleback

Site: Newport Harbor High, 7 p.m.

Bottom line: Sea Kings are looking for their first win and/or offensive

productivity against a Saddleback squad which is better than its 1-2

record indicates. Sea Kings are running out of tuneups for PCL opener.
