Pop Warner: CM Chiefs pound Saddleback

COSTA MESA - The Costa Mesa Chiefs defeated Saddleback, 24-7, in

Pop Warner Football action last Saturday.

Quarterback Isaac Abrego, along with running backs Drake Robinson and

Cody Mathews, tight end Matt Arellanes and wide receiver Andrew Ward led

the offensive charge.

Blocking for the offense was the line of Luke Boulger, Brian Casillas,

Scott Collins, Renice Davis Jr. Juan Guzman, Joshua Hughes and Anthony

Montes.

On defense, solid play was turned out by Max Bouffard, Junior

Hernandez, Michael Weber, Johnny Moreno, Jessee Marshall, Christopher

Knox, Niko Hernandez, Ian Freundner, Dennis Franco, Cody Fairfield, Davis

Christianson, Kapono Asuego, Sean Ulrich and Jordan Moeller.
