COSTA MESABaker Street: Stereo equipment worth $100 was stolen from a car

in the 600 block between Oct. 2 and Oct. 4.

Bristol Street: A pair of shoes worth $180 were stolen from a store in

the 3300 block at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 4.

Placentia Avenue: Ice cream worth $20 was stolen from a school in the

2300 block between Oct. 1 and Oct. 4.

East 17th Street: A purse and its contents worth $727 were stolen from a

car in the 300 block during the evening of Oct. 2.

NEWPORT BEACHEast Coast Highway: A set of tools worth $2,425 was stolen

from a home in the 2400 block during the evening of Oct. 3.

Goleta Point Drive: About $1,200 was stolen from a home in the first

block during the evening of Oct. 3.

Morro Bay Drive: A briefcase worth $100 was stolen from a car in the

first block during the evening of Oct. 3.

Torrey Pines Road: Several items of clothing worth $4,600 were stolen

from a home in the first block between Sept. 1 and Tuesday.
