ETM announces new chief executive officer

ETM Entertainment Network Inc. of Costa Mesa announced last month the

hiring of a new chief executive officer, Eric Hinkle.

“We are delighted to have a person with such an extensive and

accomplished background in the areas of technology, operations and

management at the helm,” said ETM Chairman Gene Heckerman.

ETM is an international entertainment ticketing and marketing company. It

serves stadiums, arenas and theaters.

Before joining ETM, Hinkle was president and chief operating officer for

Atlanta-based Radiant Systems Inc.

“I am excited by the opportunity at ETM,” Hinkle said. “The team has done

a great job building this business over the past four years, and we have

tremendous growth potential ahead.”

TriZetto Group hires new vice president

The TriZetto Group has hired Kenneth R. Carr as vice president of client

services, the company announced last month.

Carr, who worked at NCI Healthcare Services before joining TriZetto, will

be responsible for overseeing the e-business company’s account services

and help desk.

TriZetto is a leading company involved in helping online health care

businesses improve their services.

Koll receives $21-million contract

Koll Construction has been awarded a $21-million contract to build the

first phase of a corporate center in Dublin, Calif.

The 286,000-square-foot project will include two four-story office

buildings on a 34-acre site. The company broke ground on the project last

month. It is scheduled to be completed in September 2000.

The project was designed by Hoover Assoc. of Palo Alto.

Planning Center adds to environmental team

Laurie Hager has joined the Planning Center as part of the firm’s

environmental services team. Hager, who recently served as an intern with

the city of Santa Ana, is a student in the Environmental Studies Graduate

Program at Cal State Fullerton.

The Costa Mesa-based Planning Center provides planning services to both

government and businesses.
