In a battle between unbeaten teams, The Rage established themselves

as the team to beat in C League play by defeating the Chargers, 14-0, in

Huntington Beach Youth Football action at Murdy Park in Huntington Beach.

The Rage defense, led by Ben Rivera, Vince Rivera, Daniel Doyle,

Justin Jones, and Travis Israel, shutdown a Charger offense that had

averaged 25 points in its first three games.

It was the third consecutive shutout for The Rage, who improved to

4-0 overall.

Rivera scored both touchdowns for The Rage, one on a double

reverse, the other on a 25-yard pass reception.
