* Bristol Street: A compact disc player worth $200 was stolen from a car

in the 2900 block during the evening of Oct. 15.

* Placentia Avenue: A bicycle worth $100 was stolen in the 2600 block

between 8 and 10 a.m. Oct. 14.

* West 19th Street: A wallet and its contents worth $110 were stolen from

a store in the 200 block during the day of Oct. 16.

NEWPORT BEACH* Bristol Street: Someone fraudulently used a stolen

credit card and charged $219 at a store in the 1000 block on Oct. 4.

* West Coast Highway: About $500 and several items of clothing were

stolen from a boat in the 2900 block at 10:30 p.m. Monday.

* Newport Boulevard: A cellular phone worth $400 was stolen from a car in

the 3000 block during Saturday evening.

* 35th Street: A passport worth $10 was stolen from a car in the 300

block between Friday and Monday.
