PET OF THE WEEK

Nina is a beautiful, spayed 5-year-old yellow Labrador retriever who

needs your help. Nina was abandoned by her previous owners, who

apparently tied her up in the backyard when they moved away. The reason

appears to be because she needed hip-replacement surgery. She has

undergone the surgery necessary to correct her condition, but funds to

pay for the surgery are still needed. Dr. Paladin of the Costa Mesa

Animal Hospital performed the first surgery and will perform a second. In

addition, the Flower Reminder of Newport Beach will be delivering a small
