Club soccer: OCU Rush take first in league

COSTA MESA - The Orange Coast United Rush Girls Under-15 soccer

team knocked off the CMNB Ladycats, 3-0, Saturday to finish 13-1 and

first in league.

Goals were scored by Jessica Orozco, Nichelle McRorie and Megan Curry,

with assists coming from Kirsten Chamberlain, Adele Koetting and Sabrina

Couch.

In other club soccer action:

OCU Vipers 4, Brea Blaze 1 - The Vipers Boys Under-12 silver team had

three goals and an assist from Adam Dobkin and an insurance goal from

Kyle Schneekluth.

Solid defense was turned in by Tanner Nuzum, Billy Munce, Donny Hunt,

Sean Campos and Matt Byers.
