Football: OCC players honored

COSTA MESA - Expanding on Wednesday release on the All-Mission

Conference football selections, Orange Coast College had 12 of its

players selected to both the first and second teams.

On offense, quarterback Jared Flint (2,454 yards, 16 TDs) and wide receivers Raymond Ohrel (62 receptions) and David Castleton (958

receiving yards) were first-team members, while running back Jimmie Banks

(663 yards, six TDs) and linemen Anthony Knutson and Yannick Boka were

second-team selections.

On defense, sophomore defensive back Bobby Johnson and kickoff

returner James Dawkins were first-team honorees, while linemen James

Gugliamana and Kent Anderson, along with linebackers Justin Blackard and

Dustin Davis, were second-team selections.
