Women’s basketball: Lions roll again

COSTA MESA - Laura Lee had 22 points, including five three-pointers

and Becki Huddle added 21 points and five steals to lead Vanguard

University women’s basketball team to a 92-47 win over Patten College in

game four of the Vanguard University Thanksgiving Classic.

The Lions (5-1) outscored Patten, 57-21 in the second half for the

convincing win.

Marissa Emde added 16 points on 7 of 12 shooting for the Lions.
