Vanguard defeats Dordt, 65-58

COSTA MESA - Vanguard’s mens basketball team stages a furious come

back at the end to overcome visiting Dordt College of Iowa, 65-58, on

Monday in a nonconference game.

Off the bench, Kemmy Burgess had 21 points and nine rebounds to lead the

Lions (5-5) in both categories and spark the win. Dennis Keane scored 16

and Brandon Cablay 11 in the win. Dordt falls to 9-3.
