* Del Mar Avenue: A set of tools worth $900 was stolen from a home in the

200 block during the evening of Dec. 20.

* Newport Boulevard: A purse and cellular phone worth $390 were stolen

from a car in the 1600 block at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 17.

* Santa Catalina Drive: About $40 was stolen from a car in the 2500 block

at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 17.

* Senate Avenue: A bicycle worth $100 was stolen from a home in the 800

block during the evening of Dec. 16.

* West 17th Street: About $1,890 was stolen from a car in the 600 block

between 9 and 9:30 p.m. Dec. 23.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Hazel Drive: Two gold rings worth $14,000 were stolen from a home in

the 400 block between 4 and 7 p.m. Dec. 10.

* Jamboree Road: A cellular phone worth $200 was stolen from a car in the

1100 block during the evening of Dec. 3.

* Newport Center Drive: A cellular phone worth $300 was stolen from a

business in the 900 block between 1 and 3 p.m. Dec. 15.

* Newport Center Drive: A cellular phone worth $475 was stolen from a car

in the 100 block between 12 and 2 p.m. Dec. 5.

* Promontory Drive: A diamond ring worth $3,500 was stolen from a home in

the 600 block between 12 and 2 p.m. Dec. 11.
