Hacks get past Blades

Marc Lopez slapped home three goals and the Hacks collected their

third consecutive Lemieux Division victory Wednesday, beating the Blades,

6-4, at Coast 2 Coast Inline Hockey Center in Huntington Beach.

The three goals pushed Lopez’s season scoring total to 14 goals, which is

tops among the Hacks.

Also scoring for the Hacks, who improved to 4-3-1 overall, was Matt

Kurokawa with one goal and three assists, David Kirchner with one goal

and two assists, and Chaz Grant with an assist.

Kris Ehret scored twice with an assist and both Chris Corsaro and Stephen

Sandberg scored once to lead the Blades, who dropped their third straight

match to fall to 2-3-3 overall. Ehret, the Blades’ leading scorer for the

season, has scored 14 goals in eight games.

Jackamo 9, Extreme 2

Balance was the name of the game for division-leading Jackamo (5-3) as

Michael Delgleize scored three goals, Shaun Rakhshani scored twice with

an assist, Matt Walker scored twice, Jaclyn McKie scored once, Trevor

Zantos had a pair of assists, and Tyson Spataro added an assist.

Brad Bruce and Kyle Chapman both scored, and Matt Landon assisted two

goals to lead Extreme, which fell to 2-4-2.
