Softball: Eagles get doubled up

COSTA MESA - Estancia High’s softball team lost to visiting Santa

Ana, 10-5, Monday in a game that was rained out earlier in the season.

After falling behind, 3-0, the Eagles (2-9) cut the lead to one in the

third inning before Santa Ana (3-7) busted loose, scoring at least one

run in every inning after that.

The Eagles will take on Santiago in a doubleheader on Saturday, beginning

at 10 a.m.
