Girls swimming: Eagles hammered by Laguna Beach

COSTA MESA - Estancia High’s girls swim team was defeated by

visiting Laguna Beach, 131-39, Wednesday in Pacific Coast League action.

The lone win for the Eagles (3-3, 0-2 in league) came in the 50-meter

freestyle relay as Katie Wyman, Somer Flaherty, Jennifer Cassity and

Lauren Cassity were victorious with a time of 1:54.42.

The Eagles will host Magnolia on Friday in a nonleague meet.
