NBLL AA - Diamondbacks rally late over Mets

NEWPORT BEACH - The Diamondbacks scored seven runs with two outs in

the top of the sixth inning to stun the Mets, 15-12, last weekend in

Newport Beach Little League AA action.

Hunter Adler delivered the biggest blow with a game-tying grand slam.

Chris Burke later followed with a two-run single to bring in the go-ahead

runs for the Diamondbacks.

Bryan Yasakochi came in the sixth inning to shut down the Mets for the

save.

The Mets were led by Beau Attyah, who collected three hits and scored

three runs.

Jake Killian reached base four times for the Mets, while Matt Cohen and

Zak Mauer-Erickson each scored three runs.

Starting pitcher Andrew Fulcher threw two strong innings, allowing only

one run for the Mets.
