Baseball: Sailors shock Hawks

LAGUNA HILLS - Miguel Sandoval tossed a complete-game two-hitter to

lead Newport Harbor High’s baseball team to a 4-1 win over host Laguna

Hills Thursday in Sea View League action.

Nick Langsdorf smacked a home run to lead the Sailors’ attack, while

Donovan Wong chipped in with a double.

Newport (3-12, 2-9 in league) will compete in the Pride of the Coast

Baseball Tournament during spring break.
