The 19th annual Corona del Mar Scenic 5K is set for June 3. The race is

ideal for kids. Children ages 8 to 18 can compete in the men’s or women’s

5K race and kids ages 3 to 10 can compete in the 1K Dolphin Dash. There

is also a two-mile fun walk for kids and adults. On the race day,

registration begins at 6:30 a.m.; the men’s 5K race at 8 a.m.; the

women’s 5K race at 8:20 a.m.; the two-mile fun walk at 8:45 a.m.; and the

kid’s Dolphin Dash at 9 a.m. The 5K run costs $20, the two-mile walk is

$15 and the Dolphin Dash is $12. All registration on the day of the race

is $25. The price includes a T-shirt and a gourmet breakfast from the

Restaurant Row. The race will begin at Ocean Boulevard and Heliotrope
