Briefly in education

For the second consecutive year, the Corona del Mar Middle School’s play

will be directed by a high school senior.

Kelly Lin will direct the seventh- and eighth-grade production for her

senior project, which every student at Corona del Mar High School must

complete in order to graduate.

The play, “Help, I’m Trapped in a High School,” is a comedy with a cast

of 30. The high school’s advanced drama production class will be

responsible for all technical support, costumes and set designs.

Performances will begin at 7:30 p.m. June 8-9 in the Little Theater at

Corona del Mar High School, 2101 Eastbluff Drive.

Tickets will be $6 at the door.
