Huntington Beach woman wins Golden West award

Rozanne Capoccia received this year’s R. Dudley Boyce Outstanding Student

The Huntington Beach resident was one of hundreds of students who

standard 18 weeks. She served on the hiring committees for two of the

three college’s vice presidents. She was also in on the ground floor of

the successful Student Ambassador Program, which puts peer interaction at

the heart of new student recruitment.

President of the Associated Students of Golden West College, Capoccia has

served as senator, activities commissioner and vice president of student
