Andersons star as Flyers crush Stampede, 10-0

Behind the four goal scoring of Paul Anderson, the Flyers routed

the Stampede last weekend, 10-0, in Atom Club Division play at Coast 2

Coast Inline Hockey Center in Huntington Beach.

Anderson scored half of his goals in the first period and also added

an assist as the Flyers took command of the match by bolting to a 6-0

lead after the opening period of play.

The Flyers offensive output also included three goals by Erick

Anderson, two goals by Adam Anderson, one goal and an assist by Ryan

Daley, and two assists by Matt Deutchmann.

In other games:

Predators 8, Accelerators 6

The Predators outscored the Accelerators, 4-2, in the final period for

the win.

Steven Inouye scored the first three Predator goals of the match and

also had an assist, Matthew Perreault followed Inouye with three

consecutive goals, Douglas Wedel scored his team’s final two goals and

also had an assist, and Garrett Gardinier led the Predators with two

assists.

For the Accelerators, Joseph Burkhardt scored three goals and added an

assist, Cody Bertrand and Jamie Schlegel each scored once, and David Loy

picked up a a pair of assists.

Vipers 12, The Taz 2

A seven goal first quarter outburst sent the Vipers on their way to

the easy victory.

David Wear and Travis Wear each scored three goals, Brandon Prince,

and Tyler Lakes each scored twice, and Colten Daigneault and Stephanie

McKnight both scored once for the Vipers.

In addition, Daigneault assisted a match-high five goals, and McKnight

finished with two assists.

Rocco Grimaldi scored both goals and Ryan Goldwater had an assist to

lead The Taz.
